Minced Meat and Winter Melon Roll

Peel the winter melon,

Cut into thin slices, (don’t be too thin, cook it directly if it’s too thin)

Just like the picture above, (the raw one can be rolled up to the extent that it can be lightly rolled)

Boil the winter melon slices until transparent,

The minced meat is whipped with salt, white pepper and egg white,

Whipped up,

The cooked winter melon slices are clearly transparent (the opaque ones are several pieces stacked together)

Put it on the chopping board and let it cool slightly,

Dig a small piece of the whipped ground meat and place it on the winter melon slice,

Roll up along one side,

Put the rolled winter melon roll on the pot and steam for about 8 minutes. Return the steamed soup to the pot, add cornstarch to thicken it, pour it on the winter melon roll, and finally add a few drops of sesame oil.
