Mini Pizza with Cauliflower Base
1.
Take off the top part of the cauliflower, about 230 grams, one serving
2.
Put it in a food processor and stir into granules
3.
Put the cauliflower diced in the microwave for 3 minutes
4.
After warming up, wrap it with gauze and squeeze out the water, leaving about 130 grams in the end
5.
Put the squeezed cauliflower puree into a bowl, add egg, garlic salt, crushed black pepper, dried basil leaves, olive oil and mix well
6.
Because the amount of cauliflower is a little bit smaller, I also added some flour and mix well, so there is no need to add flour if there is more
7.
Brush a layer of oil in the mold
8.
Divide the mixed cauliflower dough into four parts to make the bottom of the cake
9.
Ingredients prepared in advance: cut avocado into small pieces, add some black pepper, garlic salt, lemon juice, tore small crab sticks, add some salad dressing, mix well
10.
Put the bottom of the pie in the preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes, the edges will turn yellow
11.
Take out and brush with tomato sauce, preferably with pizza sauce
12.
Put in avocado, crab sticks, cheese slices (I used cheese slices for sandwiches)
13.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and pizza straw
14.
Put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 6 minutes
15.
Baked
Tips:
Because the size I made is relatively small and the baking time is relatively short, I adjust it according to the size.
