Mint Passion Tea
1.
Put the tea leaves in a tea cup, pour boiling water, and let stand for about 20 seconds. If you like the light tea, you can shorten it by a few seconds, and if you like the thick tea, you can extend it by a few seconds. You can judge the concentration according to the color of the tea soup.
2.
The brewed tea is filtered and the tea leaves are poured into a Megan cup. After drying to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
3.
Peel the passion fruit, pour the pulp into the tea, and stir well with a spoon.
4.
Half a lime slice, take out the lemon seeds in the middle, and put the lemon slices into the cup.
5.
Add honey and stir well, then put the washed mint into the cup, cover it, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour before drinking. Be careful not to soak lemons in water for too long to avoid bitterness. You can chill the tea before adding the ingredients, or you can freeze the lemon slices before use (it is said that the frozen lemon slices will not be bitter). The mint leaves need to stand for a while to release the fragrance, so I iced this cup of tea in two steps.
