Miso Tofu Seaweed Soup

Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in brine for half an hour

Soak the seaweed, go to the sand and wash
3.
Drain the tofu
4.
Boil the pot, add water, tofu, miso soup
5.
Wait for the soup to melt, add seaweed and sprinkle a few peppers
6.
Boil until the water boils, turn off the heat, add salt seasoning, add sesame oil, and add a few coriander.
Tips:
1. Soak the tofu in salt water to make the tofu structure more compact and not easy to break;
2. Seaweed always has a little fishy smell, sprinkling a little pepper can remove the fishy and make the soup more flavorful.
