Mix Pumpkin Seedlings

Pick the fresh pumpkin seedlings with only a few tender leaves on the head, about 15 cm in length. Rinse and rub with water to remove the suede on the surface

If there are old pieces on the stems, gently tear them off, leaving only the tender stems inside, and clean them after processing.

Blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes, fully blanch it, and immediately throw it into cold water after taking it out to maintain its crispy taste

Remove and cut into small pieces into a plate, shred ginger, mince garlic and put on top.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the chopped chili and peppercorns, and stir fry

The hot oil of the fried pepper and chili is immediately poured over the ginger and garlic

Cover it with a bowl immediately after pouring the oil, so that the vegetables can fully absorb the taste. This step of simmering is very important. If it is not covered, the taste of oily glutinous rice will be released and less absorbed in the vegetables.

Simmer the lid for about 5 minutes, open it, sprinkle with salt, and stir well. If you don’t like pepper, you can pick it out before mixing
