Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin is steamed, mashed, sugar, salt, milk, high-gluten flour, yeast, pumpkin puree are added to the bread machine

Start kneading for 20 minutes, add butter, check the dough for 20 minutes and leave the glove, enter the fermentation for 30 minutes, check that there is no shrinkage and rebound.

Exhaust the dough, knead it into 6 rounds as needed, let it stand for 10 minutes, roll it out, wrap it in, and carry out secondary fermentation, about 30 or so.

Brush the surface with egg wash, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, and come out after the color is finished
