Mixed Purple Radish

The purple radish is cleaned and peeled, and then rubbed into filaments with a wire grater.

Put the shredded radish into a large basin, put five grams of salt, hold the two ends of the basin, and gently shake it a few times.

Raise one side of the large pot and marinate for ten minutes to allow the marinated radish juice to drip to the other side.

Pour out the radish juice, put a spoonful of sesame oil, 30 grams of sugar, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, a little green onion and a little white sesame in the basin.

Grab the two ends of the basin and shake it for one minute. You can also use chopsticks to stir evenly.

The delicious shredded radish is ready.
