Mixed Radish

Cut the radish into thin slices, add a spoonful of salt, and pickle for 30 minutes.

Pickled radishes will produce a lot of water, so dry the water for later use.

Dried chili, peppercorns and sesame seeds are topped with hot oil to make chili oil.

Chop garlic, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar and stir well.

Pour the adjusted juice into the radishes, mix well, and marinate overnight.

It is a good breakfast with a bowl of rice porridge early the next morning.
