Mixed Raw Walnuts
1.
Use a fruit knife to cut off the pedicle of the fresh walnut and divide the walnut into two.
2.
Separate the walnut meat from the walnut shell with the tip of a knife.
3.
Separate the parts that are not part of the walnut meat.
4.
Soak the peeled walnut meat in clean water, and then peel off the coat of the walnut meat.
5.
Wash the unclothed walnut meat, add salt, light soy sauce and vinegar to eat.
Tips:
Fresh walnut meat is very delicious, but you must wear gloves when peeling walnuts, otherwise your hands will turn black and it will not be easy to wash off for a long time.
