Mixed Sea Vegetables

Tear the strips lengthwise, then cut into two-inch lengths, soak in water for one hour to remove the salt, and remove.

Add some cooking wine to a pot under cold water, boil the water for five minutes to cut off life, remove it to cool, and then remove it again.

Add minced garlic, soy sauce, crushed chili, sugar, sesame oil (due to the salty taste of sea vegetables, no salt is added, if there is too much salt in the water, add it as appropriate).
