Mixed Udon Noodles

Udon noodles for two people, minced meat, spicy sauce, cucumber, carrots, baby cabbage, peanuts

Shred cucumber and carrot (I'm lazy so I use a cutting board) mince garlic, mash peanuts

Put oil in the pot, heat the oil with garlic, fry the flavor and put the minced meat, stir-fry until cooked, add the spicy sauce and stir evenly. The spicy sauce has almost no saltiness. Add a small amount of bean paste to enhance the flavor, add water and simmer for a while

The meat sauce is ready. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, put in two bags of udon noodles, 2 minutes

Serve the noodles on a plate, sprinkle with shredded cucumber, shredded carrots, meat sauce, chopped peanuts, and shredded cabbage. Ready to eat
