In my life, I cannot do without coffee. I have to make a cup after lunch every day. If I forget it, I always feel that there is one thing I haven’t done; but I don’t drink too much, 1 cup per day. But my son has never liked the taste of coffee; but since I learned to make "fancy coffee" and tasted him once, he would ask me from time to time: "Mom: Do you still whipped cream?" I understood. School is about to start tomorrow, and he is going to school to finish his final year of university study, so this afternoon, I made two cups of "mocha coffee" and we had "afternoon tea" together.

Mocha

1. The home version of "Mocha Coffee" is that simple

2. Pour in an appropriate amount of whipped cream, add an appropriate amount of white sugar and beat until the lines are clear.

3. Put it in a piping bag with a piping mouth for use

4. Tear the instant coffee into the cup

5. Pour in the right amount of hot water and stir evenly

6. Squeeze the right amount of chocolate sauce in another coffee cup

7. Pour the brewed coffee liquid into the coffee cup

8. But don't fill it up

9. Squeeze the whipped cream onto the coffee liquid

10. Sift an appropriate amount of cocoa powder, a cup of home version of exquisite: Mocha coffee is OK

11. In addition, I made a cup of Lahua Mocha for my own enjoyment.

Tips:

It’s best if you have espresso coffee at home. If you don’t have it, use instant coffee. After all, we are not professional players, so let’s do it as an amateur.
