Ingredients: 60 grams of dark chocolate, 25 grams of butter, 25 grams of caster sugar, 1 tablespoon of coffee, 20 grams of high-gluten flour, 1 egg, 5 grams of cocoa powder, 20 grams of walnuts, 0.5 grams of salt

Cut the chocolate and butter into small pieces, put them in a bowl, heat over water and stir to melt. Take out the bowl, add salt and sugar, and mix well; add the beaten eggs and mix well;

Add coffee and mix well. Mix cocoa powder and flour, sift into the chocolate paste, mix well; add in the chopped almonds and mix well

Pour into the mold (continue to use this deep mold), put it into the pre-heated 180 degree oven, bake for about 25 minutes, let out of the oven, and release after cooling.
Tips:
Coffee is brewed with 2 grams of instant pure coffee powder and a tablespoon of hot water.
Without a suitable mold, I continued to use this more connotative deep mold.
This time, before loading the mold, the inner wall of the mold was painted with some oil, which made it easier to demold.
