Mochi Bean Paste

Put yeast and baking powder in the flour, add warm water, and form a slightly softer dough. The dough does not need to be kneaded smoothly. Knead the dough later. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and set aside for proof.

When the dough is proofed, prepare the filling, put the mochi mix into a container, pour it into boiling water, and stir with chopsticks or other tools while adding boiling water. Mochi flour is cooked, just blanch it with boiling water.

After letting the mochi cool slightly, move it to the chopping board and knead it evenly. It does not touch your hands at all. You can also knead the mochi with disposable gloves while preparing the bean paste filling. The bean paste filling is bought.

After proofing the dough for 30 minutes, take it out and knead it smoothly on a chopping board. Cut it into nine flour pastes of appropriate size and sprinkle a little dry powder to prevent sticking.

Divide the mochi into 9 pieces, respectively pack an appropriate amount of red bean paste, pinch the mouth tightly, and set aside for later use.

Roll out the noodles into a thin and thick noodles in the middle, wrap a mochi bean paste filling, pinch and close the mouth like a bun, pat it flat and set aside.

The electric baking pan uses the pie function to preheat first, and after the preheating is in place, put in the finished pie, close the lid and cook automatically.

The default time for the pie function is 9 minutes. After cooking for 4 minutes, you need to open the lid and turn the pie once, and close the lid until the cooking is over.

Tips:
1. The dough does not need to be fermented for a long time, and a little baking powder is added. If you mind the baking powder, you can replace it with the same amount of yeast.
2. Mochi premix powder itself is cooked, that is, cake skin and moon cake powder, which can be eaten with boiling water.
