Mojito Popsicles
1.
You can adjust a cup first to try the taste. Prepare a cup, add about 15 ml of lime juice, add 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of sugar, and mix well;
2.
Add a small amount of mint leaves and crush them in a cup;
3.
Put 2/3 volume of ice cubes in the glass and pour rum;
4.
Cut the lemon into lemon wedges, pile it into the cup, pour in the soda water and add a few mint leaves; add a long spoon or a stirring rod, stir until the wall of the cup is cool and drink;
5.
OK, Mojito is adjusted. If you are satisfied with the taste, take a larger pot and make a double serving;
6.
A double serving is enough to make six popsicles, just pour them directly into the mold, preferably 9 points full;
7.
Then plug in the popsicle sticks and freeze in the refrigerator until overnight.
Tips:
1. Some friends say it is not easy to freeze, so add a little more powdered sugar;
2. If you want a stronger taste, add more rum.
