Multigrain bread is baked about once every two weeks. On the day of baking, something special will be made to match the bread. Fresh bread tastes the best.
For example, I mixed a salad today, using tuna, eggs, tomatoes, apples, corn, peas, arugula (a salad dish) and so on.
Multigrain bread and salad are also good healthy weight-loss foods.

Tuna and Egg Salad

1. Material picture: a box of tuna (net weight 130g), 2 eggs, 1 tomato, 1 apple, 100g corn kernels, 80g peas kernels, 50g arugula (a salad vegetable), 10 dried tomatoes in oil Grams, a small amount of nuts, 1 lime juice ice cube.

2. Peas cubes are cooked in a microwave oven with a small amount of salt. For example, use a microwave oven on high heat for about 1.5 minutes.

3. The apples are cleaned and cored and cut into small cubes; the tomatoes are cleaned and cut into boat shapes.

4. Filter out the water or oil in the tuna, add salt, coarse pepper, lime juice, dried tomatoes in oil, and olive oil (about 10 g) in a large bowl and mix well.

5. Put tomatoes, apples, corn, and peas in a large bowl with tuna and mix well.

6. You can also squeeze some mayonnaise, then mix well and set aside.

7. The eggs are cooked, shelled, and all four or two.

8. Saute the nuts and chop them into small pieces.

9. Finally, put the arugula on the bottom, and put the processed foods in steps 6, 7, and 8 into the bowl in turn, and you can enjoy it.

Tips:

1. Arugula is a salad dish and can be replaced by other salad dishes.
2. The amount of salt should take into account that mayonnaise, tuna and canned corn are all salty.
3. You can prepare each food separately and put it in a bowl on the table, so that you can prepare it according to your own preferences.
