Stir-fried Beef Tenderloin with Broccoli

Cut the beef into thin strips. Pour half of the soy sauce in the bowl and squeeze half of the lime juice in. Coat the beef with the sauce and stir well, then set aside to marinate.

Pour beef stock and sugar in a measuring cup, pour in the remaining soy sauce, cornstarch, and remaining lime juice and set aside. Peel and mince garlic and ginger. Thinly slice green onions and peppers. Put it in a bowl and set aside. Cut off the broccoli corolla and set aside.

Stir-fry the beef for about 2-3 minutes. The beef was taken out of the wok and set aside. If necessary, they can be fried in batches. Add some oil to fry garlic, ginger, green onions and chili. Add broccoli and stir fry for about 3-5 minutes.

Return the beef to the pot and pour the sauce. Mix well and cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Enjoy!
