Money is Coming (steamed Buns)
1.
Knead the flour, pumpkin and yeast into a smooth dough.
2.
Cover the kneaded dough tightly for half an hour.
3.
After half an hour, take out the dough and vent, knead and flatten it, roll it into a thicker sheet, and use a round mold to press out a round shape.
4.
Then use a round mold one size smaller to make a circle. (Don't press it through)
5.
Use a knife to make a square cut in the middle, and then use a toothpick to press out four marks around it, and the shaping is complete.
6.
The remaining dough can be flattened at the two ends as shown in the picture, and then the two ends can be squeezed into gold ingots according to your preference.
7.
The gold ingot is also set.
8.
Put it into a steamer that has been rubbed with oil, cover tightly, and make the second fermentation almost twice as big.
9.
Put a proper amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil, put in the second-boiled noodles, cover tightly, steam for 15 minutes over high heat and turn off the heat. (Open the lid after simmering for 3 minutes)
10.
Finished product. There happened to be a wishful knot at home to decorate it.
Tips:
Use pumpkin instead of water for kneading noodles, and use pumpkin to knead the dough until it is soft and firm like dumpling skins.
