Morinda & Angelica Beef Bone Soup

Ingredients: 1 oxtail vertebra (about 500 grams), 30 grams of Morinda officinalis, 12 grams of angelica, 4 slices of ginger, a little salt, a little coriander

Wash the medicinal materials and soak them in water.

Wash ginger and cut into slices.

Wash the oxtail vertebrae and cut into sections.

Pour water in the pot, put the beef bones,

Tips:
The oxtail vertebra can be replaced with oxtail or pigtail, but not with bones from other parts.
Ordinary casserole or boiling pot can also be used without electric casserole.
