The pig brain is cleaned. Soak the pig's brain in a bowl filled with boiling water, use a toothpick to remove the blood tendons on the pig's brain, clean it, and drain the water for later use.

Add a proper amount of water to the pot and add Gastrodia elata.

Pour into the processed pig brain.

Add the soaked rice and cook the porridge over fire. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and boil until the pig's brain is cooked and the rice blooms. (Because the rice is soaked in advance, it is easy to boil and bloom)

Season with appropriate amount of salt and serve.
Tips:
1. I chose sliced gastrodia elata this time.
2. People with blood deficiency and yin deficiency are not recommended to take Gastrodia.
3. Pig brain has high cholesterol, it is not recommended to eat too much.
