Brain Fish Head Soup

Wash all other ingredients except red dates and wolfberries, and put them in the stewing pot

Add the red dates to the stew after pitting
3.
Add some cold water
4.
Heat oil pan, add fish head and fry until golden brown
5.
Flip and fry until golden brown on the other side
6.
Put the fish head into the stewing pot
7.
Put it in the saucepan, set the soup mode, and simmer for 60 minutes
8.
When simmering for the last 5 minutes, add wolfberry and salt to taste
