Muffins: Son’s Supper
1.
Let's look at the raw materials and kitchen utensils.
2.
Take a larger glass bowl, put 100ml of milk and an egg into the bowl.
3.
Stir the milk and eggs evenly (there are only chopsticks at home, everyone will look at it) ^_^.
4.
Then add 150g of muffin powder and two teaspoons of honey to a bowl of milk and eggs.
5.
Stir well again (standby).
6.
Turn on the liquefied gas stove to the minimum heat, heat the pan for half a minute, then use a spoon to pour the spare muffin mixture into the pan. When you see a large area of bubbling on the surface of the muffin, you should immediately turn it over and heat it for a while. Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
7.
Finally, the surface of the muffins can be topped with honey, chocolate sauce, blueberry sauce, etc. according to personal preference. We prefer the original flavor, with some fruits, and a glass of milk 🥛, son’s supper time begins ^_^.
Tips:
Because the second time I did it, it was a bit ugly, but fortunately, it was much smoother after I mastered the know-how.
