Mulberry Glutinous Rice Cake

Prepare glutinous rice flour and mulberry jam.

The glutinous rice flour is mixed with water to form a smooth dough.

Stir-fry the glutinous rice flour, add it to the jam and mix well to form a filling.

Take a portion of the dough and pack it into the filling.
5.
Wrap it without revealing the filling and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
6.
Pour oil in a pot to heat, and put in glutinous rice cake embryos.
7.
Fry on low heat to slightly yellow and fully cooked on both sides.
