Mulberry Jam

Thaw mulberries (I have washed them and frozen them before, so just thaw them directly)

Cut off the stems of the mulberries
3.
Put the mulberries in the pot and boil it without adding water
4.
After simmering for five or six minutes, the soup will come out partly, add rock sugar
5.
Use a spoon to keep crushing the mulberries, keep stirring to prevent sticking, and wait until the soup is dry~
Tips:
You can add a little more rock candy if you like sweet ones.
If you don’t like to eat mulberry seeds, you can use a small colander to skim them during the cooking process~
