It’s the season to eat mulberries again~ I bought a lot at a time, and I didn’t finish eating it, but I froze it in the refrigerator. I took it out and cooked it into jam when I was free on weekends. It was good to spread on bread.

Ingredients

1. Thaw mulberries (I have washed them and frozen them before, so just thaw them directly)

3. Put the mulberries in the pot and boil it without adding water

4. After simmering for five or six minutes, the soup will come out partly, add rock sugar

Tips:

You can add a little more rock candy if you like sweet ones.
If you don’t like to eat mulberry seeds, you can use a small colander to skim them during the cooking process~
