Prepare materials

Wash the mulberries, remove the stems, and add rock sugar

Boil until the rock sugar melts in the boiling pot and squeeze into the lemon juice. Turn to low heat and slowly simmer for more than two hours until it is viscous (stirring constantly in the middle to avoid muddy bottom). Put it into a water-free and oil-free sealed glass bottle, and refrigerate. Eat within a week
