Mulberry Juice
1.
I picked it from the field by myself, so there is no pesticide, but it must be soaked for 20 minutes and add a small spoon of salt.
2.
Be careful, choose a glass bottle, rinse it with hot water, then dry it, and wait for it
3.
After washing the mulberries, let them dry, or they will rot, and then start bottling.
4.
A layer of mulberry and a layer of rock sugar. I chose the original rock sugar, which tastes better. If you like desserts, you can put more at the end, but you should use a moderate amount, too much will make it astringent.
5.
It is best to put a clean bag or plastic wrap at the mouth of the bottle, which can better block the air and make the fermentation better.
Tips:
The fermentation process takes about ten days or more. Keep it in a cool place. If you find white objects, it means it has failed and has hairy. Before bottling, you must keep the container clean and free of water stains.
