Multigrain Cake
1.
Put the oats, barley flour, bran, linseed flour, cornmeal, and soda powder together and mix thoroughly, divide them into two containers, one for cocoa powder and one for green tea powder
2.
Beat the eggs, put the egg whites, beat another dozen (I didn't use a machine), put in the yogurt, sugar, maple syrup, and mix well
3.
Pour the liquid into two containers with dry ingredients, mix well, do not stir vigorously (the batter is not very thin after mixing, but it should not be dry enough to form a dough) and leave it for 30 minutes
4.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). If you use muffin molds, you should be able to make 7,8. I used silicone molds. Each mold must be filled with paper molds or sprayed with oil and put 2/3 full Ingredients (half green tea, half cocoa), bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes
5.
You can take it out at 20 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the cake to see if the extracted toothpick does not stick to anything
