Multigrain Pancakes with Fruits

Prepare the required materials. (The stuffing doesn’t have to be as diverse as the picture. In fact, I just ate it with sauce and then add lettuce and crispy. It’s already delicious. Anyway, you can match it according to your personal taste.)

Mix the 3 kinds of powders, add 200 grams of water, mix and stir to form a paste. If you don’t like to eat miscellaneous grains, you can choose to use the same amount of pure flour instead. (I changed corn noodles to soba noodles)

Beat in a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and spread evenly, add green onion, coriander, lettuce and a slice of crispy. If you don’t have a crisp, you can replace it with fried dough sticks or all kinds of meat you like)

Tips:
If you don’t have crispy food at home, you can buy wonton wrappers from the outside market and fry them yourself.
