Mushroom and Winter Melon Pork Rib Soup

Ingredients: winter melon, ribs (blanched), fresh mushrooms (washed)

Wash the winter melon and peel it.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the cleaned fresh shiitake mushrooms on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker.

Then, add some clean water and add the right amount of ingredients.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Next, add the cut winter melon and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute.

Then, add the cut fresh shiitake mushrooms to a boil, cook until the winter melon is cooked and soft.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
