Mushroom Bacon Pizza
1.
Let’s make the pizza base first. Weigh all the ingredients for the bottom of the cake.
2.
Put all the ingredients into the mixing cup of the cook machine.
3.
Knead it into a smooth and soft dough. The pizza dough does not need to be kneaded out of the film.
4.
Take out the kneaded dough, round it, put it in a container, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment at room temperature.
5.
Prepare the filling when the dough rises. The mozzarella cheese and bacon must be defrosted in advance.
6.
Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut them diagonally into slices.
7.
Pour all the shiitake mushroom slices and assorted vegetable diced into the cup of the chef's machine and blanch for three minutes.
8.
Pour out the blanched mushrooms and vegetables, and drain the water. You can put it directly into the oven to dry some moisture.
9.
Clean the red pepper and cut it into circles.
10.
Cut the bacon into small pieces with a knife.
11.
Ferment the dough to twice its size, dip your fingers in the flour and poke into the bottom of the dough. After you take out your fingers, the dough does not collapse or rebound, indicating that the fermentation is complete.
12.
Pour out the fermented dough, divide it into two equal parts, and round them separately.
13.
Take one of the dough and roll it into a circle slightly larger than the pizza pan.
14.
Brush the pizza pan with a thin layer of oil, put the round pasta into the pizza pan, and thin the bottom with your hands to make the middle thin edge thick.
15.
Use a fork to poke some small holes evenly on the dough to avoid bulging during baking.
16.
Brush a layer of ketchup on the surface of the tortilla, and don't brush the edges.
17.
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese.
18.
Spread the chopped bacon on the flatbread.
19.
Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese on the bacon.
20.
Spread the shiitake mushrooms and mixed vegetables on the bottom of the pancake. After spreading the vegetables, sprinkle a layer of cheese.
21.
Finally, spread the bacon and red pepper rings on the top layer, and then sprinkle some cheese.
22.
Set the upper and lower fire temperature of the oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. After the preheating is complete, put the pizza in the oven.
23.
When the baking reaches the last five minutes, take out the pizza tray, sprinkle the cheese for the last time, and continue baking for another five minutes until the cheese on the surface melts and is slightly browned and ready to go out.
Tips:
1. The amount of cake base material given in the article can make two nine-inch cake bases. If only one is made, the material should be halved. I made two pancake bases, one to eat right now and the other to freeze in the refrigerator, so I don't need to make the pancake base next time I want to eat.
2. Pizza sauce is best used to make pizza. Pasta sauce is also possible. I was lazy and didn't boil the pizza sauce, so I used tomato sauce instead.
3. If you want pizza to be delicious, put more bacon and cheese. The more cheese, the more obvious the effect of drawing.
4. Pizza fillings can be freely selected according to your own preferences. Vegetables with more moisture need to be fried first or the moisture should be dried at a low temperature in the oven. When putting fillings, put meat first, then vegetables. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on each layer of filling.
5. Only mozzarella cheese can pull out long cheese shreds, and other cheeses cannot be substituted.
