Tips:
1. The finely chopped meatballs by hand are more delicious than the ones produced by the machine.
2. Fresh meat filling is easier to shovel into the water without overflowing, if it is frozen meat filling in the refrigerator, it is not easy to shovel, and it is not easy to fill up with water.
3. If possible, you can change the water for boiling ginger to broth. If it is inconvenient to blanch the minced ginger, put the minced ginger in the meatballs to remove the fishy smell and increase the fragrance. If it is for the baby to eat, it is recommended to put ginger water instead of powdered ginger directly.
4. The cooking time for mushroom dishes should be more than 15 minutes.
5. The chopped green onion and lard are used to remove fishy and fragrant. They should not be put in the pot. The soup without vegetable leaves should be less lard. If you don't like lard, you can use sesame oil instead.
