Mushroom Bone Soup

Boil the bones in water to wash away the blood foam.

Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in cold water to wash away impurities.

Put the soaked shiitake mushrooms, big bones, carrots, salt, cooking wine, and rice vinegar into an electric casserole.

Add water and start cooking on high heat.
