Mushroom Oil Rice

Soak the mushrooms in advance, squeeze the water and slice them

Beef sausage slices (Cantonese-style sweet sausage can also be used here)

Tips:
There is no difficulty, the germ rice should be boiled with less water than usual, and it should be stored in a cool and ventilated place or in the refrigerator; the water for soaking mushrooms is a good thing, save the seasoning juice.
