Mushroom Pansa Fish Soup

1. Wash and slice fresh shiitake mushrooms

2. Thaw the pansa fish fillet, clean and cut into sections (I am a frozen fish bought in the supermarket)

3. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir well and marinate for ten minutes

4. Two eggs, two spoons of gorgon powder, a little bit of water, stir well

5. Put the marinated fish into the egg liquid

6. Add the right amount of oil to the pan to fry the fish. Fry for two to three minutes. Hold out

7. Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms in hot oil

8. Add appropriate amount of water, add the fried fish cubes when the water is boiled. Add a spoonful of salt and simmer for five minutes.

9. Finished product

10. One more piece

Tips:

The eggs are a little too much, one is enough, and you don’t need to add them.
The meat of frozen fish is very loose after thawing, and the fish will melt if it is boiled directly, so it is best to fry it. The fish can't be fried for a long time, or it will become mushy.
