Mushroom Ribs and Winter Melon Soup with Skin

1. After the ribs are washed and blanched, put them in a hot water pot and simmer for 30 minutes; wash the winter melon, cut into large pieces with the skin, soak the yuba soft and cut into sections, remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and set aside

2. Boil the ribs and water in a pot for 30 minutes, then add other ingredients, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour

3. Sprinkle in salt when eating
