There was still more than half a bowl of leftover rib soup last night. My husband said that instead of making soy milk in the morning, I would use rib soup with wontons.

Mushroom Ribs Soup Wonton

1. Wash the shiitake mushrooms, soak them in warm water, and defrost the wontons.

2. Take the saucepan and add the ribs soup to a boil.

3. Add the shiitake mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Put the wonton into a boil over high heat.

5. Add some cold water and cook until the wontons are cooked.

6. Add salt, pepper, chopped green onion and chicken essence.

Tips:

1. Wontons are taken out of the refrigerator and can be boiled directly in the soup.
