Mushroom Wontons with Fresh Meat

The water in the pot is boiled. Add shiitake mushrooms and cook for three minutes to remove oxalic acid.

Chop and set aside.

Finely chop green onions.

Put pork leg and ginger in the mixing cup.

Stir and beat into minced meat.

Add chopped green onions and shiitake mushrooms.

Add oil, salt, oyster sauce, and vinegar.

Stir clockwise until strong.

Prepare a wonton wrapper and put the meat on it. Fold the corner of the wonton wrapper up 1/4.

Fold up again.

Two corners on both sides are wetted.

Fold the left and right sides toward the middle.

The water in the pot is boiled.

Add the wontons and cook until they rise, scoop up and serve with the broth, sprinkle with chopped green onions. A beautiful bowl of wonton is ready.
Tips:
Don't pack too much wonton filling to prevent it from popping.
