Mushrooms with Soy Sauce Canola

The rapeseed is slightly blanched and drained.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and ginger, stir fry until fragrant.

Add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shiitake mushroom slices and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry until shiitake mushrooms are soft, add rapeseed.
6.
Stir well and turn off the heat.
7.
Serve on a plate.
Tips:
A little bean paste is salty enough, so there is no need to add salt.
