Mussels and Winter Melon Soup

Preparation: Wash the mussels (cut with scissors), peel the winter melon and cut into pieces, slice ginger (not too much ginger for dinner), and cut green onions into sections

Tips:
The mussels are very fresh, so put less chicken essence
