Mussels with Garlic

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the mussels in cold water, add ginger and cook until the shells are opened, then pick them up, tear off the impurities, clean the shellfish, wash half of the shells, and put the meat in for use;

Cut the green onion into fine pieces, rub the spicy millet and garlic into a puree, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to mix;

Tips:
After the mussels are boiled, the seaweed-like threads should be removed, the shells should be cleaned again, and the shells should be steamed for 5 minutes. This is more hygienic.
