Mutton and Yam Soup

Wash the lamb and blanch it in water.

Prepare 300 grams of yam

Peel the yam and cut into pieces.

Wash the coriander and shallots. Chopped.

Put the blanched lamb into a casserole, add boiling water and cinnamon, and start to stew the pepper, green onion and ginger.

Bring to a high heat and simmer slowly. Stew until the mutton is about half cooked, add yam and simmer. Add a little salt and season with MSG!

Sprinkle with green onion, coriander and serve in a bowl, dipped in homemade leeks, chili sauce, it is simply delicious. Warm in my heart.
