Neijiang Braised Beef Noodles

When the vegetable leaves are blanched and cooked, spread them on the bottom of the bowl

Add braised beef broth and bone broth to the bowl (see Jingfeng's other recipe for braised beef). Add light soy sauce, boring vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, spicy millet, chopped green onion, minced garlic, cooked sesame and other condiments

Add enough water to the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, add the noodles and cook (you must use high heat to cook the noodles and gently stir with chopsticks from time to time)

Soak the cooked noodles in ice water for 2 minutes
5.
Spread the noodles in a bowl, top with braised beef, spicy oil, and sprinkle with coriander and green onions.
