Nepeta Bean Sprouts Mixed with Dried Shreds

Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add a little salt, add bean sprouts, blanch it and remove;

Then put the dried shreds in, blanch for one minute, and then remove;

Put the blanched dried shreds and bean sprouts in a bowl, add a little salt;

Then add an appropriate amount of extremely fresh and balsamic vinegar and mix well;

Put nepeta leaves, minced garlic and minced red pepper in a bowl;

Add an appropriate amount of chili oil, mix well, and transfer to a plate.
8.
It's ready to eat.
Tips:
1. First blanch and cook the bean sprouts and dried shreds separately; 2. Add salt, flavour and balsamic vinegar to the blanched bean sprouts and dried shreds first; 3. Add nepeta and other seasonings. In a bowl, add chili oil and mix well.
