New Orleans Roast Chicken

Wash the chicken, chop off the head and feet, and set aside

Add green onion and ginger to grilled chicken seasoning

Add the right amount of water

Put the whole chicken into the seasoning and massage for 10 minutes

Put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator. Take out the sugar and massage it every two hours to make the chicken more delicious. I marinated it for more than 24 hours.

Wrap the chicken legs and wing tips with tin foil

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, brush the marinade inside and outside of the chicken once, bake for 80 minutes, turn it over for about 20 minutes, and brush the sauce inside and outside once

Brush the surface with honey, and roast at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. After roasting the chicken, carefully remove the tin foil, and accidentally touch off the meat on the legs.

Tips:
1. This chicken is too thin to hang on the grill. Roasted chicken or three-yellow chicken is more suitable.
2. The roasting time depends on the size and meat quality of the chicken.
