I like to eat chicken thighs like this. I marinate them in Orleans marinade overnight and bake them in an air fryer. It’s so delicious.

New Year's Eve Dinner Hard Vegetable Roasted Chicken Thigh

1. Wash the chicken legs and remove the bones in the middle. (Let's leave it to the stall owner, and be careful when you do it yourself)

2. Slice green onion, slice ginger

3. Onion cut into large pieces

4. Orleans marinade mixed with cooking wine into a paste

5. Pour the chicken thighs, spring onions, ginger and marinade into a food bag and knead it by hand until the seasoning is evenly refrigerated and marinated overnight.

6. Take the chicken thighs out and return to room temperature and arrange them into the grill

7. Add honey to the remaining marinade and mix well to make the surface brush

8. Into the air fryer 180 degrees, time 20-30 minutes

9. Brush both sides of the chicken thigh with brush material halfway through and continue roasting until mature

10. Let’s make another side dish: shred onion, green and red, add vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and mix well.

Tips:

1. If there is no air fryer, it can be baked in an oven, or it can be fried in a pan or electric baking pan over low fire.
2. The chicken legs must be marinated in advance to taste delicious.
