No Bean Noodle Donkey Rolling

Pour 30 grams of glutinous rice flour into a clean pot and fry for five or six minutes. Stir-fry and pour out to let cool.

Peel the cooked peanuts and use a flour mixer to beat them into powder.

Rinse the red bean flour with 2 times the boiling water, add sugar and a little peanut flour and mix well.

Mix peanut flour, cooked glutinous rice flour and some sugar and spread on the panel.

Mix 100 grams of glutinous rice flour and 50 grams of orange powder, add 150 grams of water, and mix well.

Put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat for about 15 minutes. Stir it once halfway to make the heat more even. Take out the batter in a translucent shape and let it cool until it is not hot.

Take out the dough and press it on the peanut glutinous rice flour into a large, evenly thick slice, and spread the red bean paste evenly.

Roll the dough coated with bean paste in one direction, and roll it a few times to stick the flour where there is no powder.

Cut into small pieces and serve.
