Non-fried Croquette

The potatoes were peeled and sliced and steamed, and I also steamed some pumpkin.

Do not add water to the steamed potatoes and puree them with a cooking stick.

Put a little oil in the wok, add chopped onions and fry them to create a fragrant aroma.

Add cooked minced meat and stir well. Because the cooked minced meat is salty, there is no need to add salt.

Put the fried minced meat into the mashed potatoes.

Mix well.

Grease your hands, and roll the mashed potatoes into the breadcrumbs.

Put it into the preheated air fryer, brush a little oil on the surface, 180 degrees, 15 minutes.

Flip the dough once in the middle and fry until the skin is golden and crispy.

Non-fried croquette with tender outside and tender inside.
Tips:
The minced meat I used was fried in advance. If you don’t have one, you can use raw minced meat.
