Dear Da, I am Junjun, a nutritionist and baby nurse mother, and I like to share knowledge about baby food preparation and feeding. All the food supplements I made for my baby have been made into videos, which are included in my public account "Baby Supplementary Food Master", including staple foods, soups, baking, diet therapy, etc. Pay attention to me, and no longer worry about what the baby eats!
If your home is rich in ingredients, you can also transform various flavors, such as adding small whitebait, minced meat, cabbage, zucchini, etc. It is definitely suitable for everyone to open their minds and play at will, whether it is for babies or the whole family!
This pie is golden in color, rich in taste, fragrant on the outside and tender on the inside. A Zhe in my family usually grabs and eats directly. I paired it with a bowl of rice porridge or vegetable soup cooked in a rice cooker, and it was all set.

Noodle Pancake Baby Food Supplement Recipe

1. Reference age: over 11 months, for babies who are not allergic to the ingredients. Food preparation: 35g boiled noodles, 20g flour, 15g carrots, 2 eggs, 4g chives, 3g shrimp skin powder
Cooking time: 20 minutes Difficulty analysis: Elementary

2. Wash the chives and mince.

3. After washing and peeling the carrots, cut into fine strips.

4. Boil the shredded carrots in a pot for 1 minute, drain the water and remove.

5. Beat the two prepared eggs into a bowl and add 25g of water.

6. Add the flour and shrimp skin powder, and stir evenly without particles.
Here I use homemade shrimp skin powder. The method of making shrimp skin powder has been written before. Click the blue word shrimp skin powder to view!
Babies over 12 months old do not have dried shrimp skin powder, so you can add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

7. Add chopped green onions.

8. Continue to add the cooked baby noodles.
I cooked the noodles in advance. Don't cook them too softly. Just take them out of the pot and set aside.
If the noodles are too long, you can use the baby's food to cut the noodles into small pieces and stir them, or simply wear disposable gloves and grab them with your hands. It is simple and convenient.

9. Add blanched carrot shreds to the batter and stir evenly with chopsticks.

10. Heat a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, brush with a thin layer of oil, scoop 1 tablespoon of the batter, spread out in the pan, and start frying on low heat.
Have a small fire all the way, otherwise it will be easy to burn! Generally, pan-fried biscuits and the like need to be fried slowly over low heat. The fire is too big, basically it will be battered after being cooked.

11. The egg liquid on the surface is basically solidified, you can turn it over and continue heating until golden brown on both sides.
When frying, be sure to fry the golden brown on one side and then turn it over, otherwise it will fall apart.

12. When it comes out of the pan, the round cake can be cut into small triangles or other shapes, which are easy for babies to grab and eat.
