Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce

Ready to cook the noodles.

Wash the cucumbers and carrots and prepare an egg.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and set aside. Peel the carrots and cucumbers and shred them.

Tips:
1. Light soy sauce, chicken noodles and the like have a salty taste, so add less salt.
2. You can add any side dishes you like.
