Refreshing Fried Noodles

Cut carrots and cucumbers into shreds.

When the pot is hot, pour oil, add shallots, garlic and dried chili until fragrant.

Pour in shredded carrots and stir-fry until soft.

Pour the noodles and stir fry.

Pour the vinegar and stir-fry the noodles with a spatula and chopsticks. While running the spatula along the bottom of the pan, the chopsticks shake it up.
6.
Pour the light soy sauce and stir-fry in the same way as above.
7.
Add the right amount of salt and stir.
8.
Pour in the cucumber shreds and stir evenly.
9.
Turn off the heat and add MSG.
Tips:
1. Every time you put the seasoning, stir it with a spatula and chopsticks so that the taste is even.
2. Put the cucumbers after the salt is added, the cucumbers will not be watery, and the texture will remain crisp and tender.
